Reception Agent Responsibilities
Greet guests with a smile and answer their questions as needed.
Responsible for the entry and exit of guests from the Hotel.
Issues room keys, resort and restaurant information and our facilities
Works together with the bell staff to help guests get to their rooms.
Answers various questions from guests.
Organize transportation for guests.
Reception Agent Qualifications
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
Completion of a two-year apprenticeship program, or a university program in reception operations or
preferred hotel management, or equivalent experience is an asset
Experience in all aspects of customer service and people management
Demonstrated ability to lead and direct a team
