Who will be in charge of guiding clients / guests to the different points of the Hotel, contacting employees about visitors, answering phones and receiving messages, and separating and distributing correspondence.
Duties
Greet, communicate and welcome guests
Answer all customer questions and respond to their complaints
Check, sort and forward emails
Answer all incoming calls and redirect them when necessary
Provides excellent customer service.
Receive letters, packages and send them to the appropriate destination
Qualification
Written and verbal communication skills.
Sensitivity and understanding.
To be thorough and pay attention to details.
Patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
Ability to work well with other people.
Administration skills.
