Obligations
Welcome visitors by greeting them in person or by phone, answering or forwarding inquiries.
Direct visitors, maintaining directories of employees and departments, giving instructions.
Maintain security by following procedures, monitoring the logbook and issuing visitor badges.
Maintain a safe and clean reception area, following the procedures, standards and regulations.
Requirements
It has excellent knowledge of customer service.
Good interpersonal skills.
It must be ordered.
Multitasking capability.
Good crisis management skills.
