Responsibilities
Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms
Provides information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities
Respond to customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
Keep up-to-date records of reservations and payments
Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
Manage reservations online and over the phone
Requirements
Professional experience as a Hotel Reception Agent, Receptionist or similar function
Experience with hotel reservation software such as Cloudbeds and RoomKeyPMS
Understanding how travel planning sites such as Reservations and TripAdvisor work
customer service attitude
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Degree in Hotel Management.
